I am a consultant Thoracic Surgeon with an interest in endoscopic lung cancer surgery and Robotic Lung Cancer surgery. I proctor for Intuitive and Cambridge Medical Robotics.  I also have an interest in mimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum and I am chief investigator of the RESTORE trial that aims to prove the benefit of this operation  

I also run a course called CALS which teaches surgeons worldwide how to better look after patients after cardiothoracic surgery (www.csu-als.com) and the guidelines are attached in additional information and a course called REACT that teaches cath lab emergency care.  
 

i help with the Hearts of Ghana charity and Pace4life a pacemaker charity that reconditions pacemakers for the developing world
