As a society, we are active on social media and promote and organise events, competitions, and research projects for students throughout the year. This provides students with valuable knowledge, exposure, and experience that will hopefully educate, inspire, and assist students in their future careers.
As a Regional Publicity Lead, you can help us to promote cardiothoracic surgery to students from all backgrounds across the UK and Ireland. The role term for the current position is 1 year, starting at the beginning of the academic year.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a SCTS INISINC Regional Publicity Lead, your role will involve the following:
1. Maintain close contact with your SCTS INSINC committee members via WhatsApp.
2. Actively promote all materials sent to you regarding SCTS news, events, competitions etc, particularly the Annual Student Engagement Day in November via your medical school group chats / social medias etc.
3. Encourage students from your university to follow SCTS INSINC on social media.
