Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Cardiothoracic Fellow to join our renowned Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre. The fellow will work closely with our expert team of cardiothoracic surgeons, medical professionals, and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care in both clinical and surgical settings. This fellowship offers an immersive learning experience in advanced surgical techniques, patient management, and research opportunities. We offer a wide repertoire of adult cardiac and thoracic surgery including, minimal access, aortic surgery, arrhythmia surgery, mediastinal resections, locally advanced lung cancer resections, complex airway and tracheal surgery.
Will need a medical degree, GMC registration, at least 2 years of experience working in cardiothoracic surgery. Research experience preferred.
Start date will be within a month of application approval and appropriate verifications completed
