2023 Registration fees below

Registration fees give access to the SCTS Annual Meeting 2023

Registration fees include access to the full conference. (Scientific sessions, lectures, abstract presentations, plenary and lunchbox sessions) Also access to the exhibition hall, access to welcoming reception and catering included. The registration fee does not include any extra social activities.

If you are entitled to a complimentary registration please contact Emma Piotrowski for the discount code. emma@scts.org. For discounted fees you do not need a discount code.

2023 Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submissions has now closed.

We are delighted to announce the new partnership with the Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgery
SCTS Annual meeting abstracts will be published in the journal as a supplement. The Abstracts of 2022 are already in the pipeline to be published.

2022 Prize Winners

Prize winners from the 2022 SCTS Annual Meeting will be awarded at the 2023 SCTS Annual Dinner.

Social Events

The SCTS Annual Dinner takes place on Monday 20th March 2023

Location: Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Burlington Arcade, 126 New St, Birmingham B2 4JQ

Tickets: £75.00. Tickets are limited and will be available to purchase when registering for the conference.

Ticket includes welcome drink, 3 course meal, wine and entertainment.

There will be no transport provided for this event.

Dress code: Black tie/cocktail dress 1920's style.

Industry Symposiums

All symposiums are included in the main SCTS Annual Meeting registration fee.

NAHP Funding Application

Applications for the NAHP funding for the 2023 SCTS Annual Meeting has now closed.

To confirm, the funding is to put towards for registration fees, travel costs and accommodation. The funds will be available as a reimbursement when you submit an expense claim.
