Follow-up

You will be seen in outpatient clinic 2 – 4 weeks after your surgery (depending on your operation).

You will usually have a chest X ray before the appointment. Here we will discuss about how you are recovering and your on-going care.

You may find it helpful to write down any questions you have at home and bring this with you.

We will discuss results from the operation and how these will affect the treatment options for you. Sometimes you will be contacted by a different department to see them first.
