This masterclass will support NHS staff from different ethnicity to develop evidence base practice and research skills.
Aims: To support all delegates to increase the awareness of research funding opportunities, importance of research, research stream fellowships and research career for patient benefit in UK wide.
Purpose:
To increase an awareness about the opportunities in research careers, funding streams, research ideas to practice evidence-based healthcare.
To improve knowledge, skills, confidence about clinical research, research funding applications, research careers and available resources to support research engagement.
