Registration fees give access to the SCTS Annual Meeting 2026

Registration fees include access to the full conference (Scientific sessions, lectures, abstract presentations, plenary and lunchbox sessions). Also access to the exhibition hall, access to welcoming reception and catering included. The registration fee does not include any extra social activities. Up to 18 CPD points.

SCTS 2026 Refund Policy

Where registration fees and fees for Additional Events are applicable, the following refund policy applies:

· 100% refund for cancellations received on or before the 31st January 2026.

· A 90% refund. A 10% administration fee will be charged for cancellations between 1st February 2026 and 28th February 2026.

· No refunds for cancellations received on or after 1st March 2026.

Tuesday 17^th March 8:00am – 3pm

Completed abstracts will be reviewed and you will be informed by 5th December 2025, whether or not your abstract has been accepted.

Tickets include welcome drink, 3 course meal, wine and entertainment.

Tickets £85 each and will go on sale 1st December 2025

SCTS AHP & Nurse Funding 2026

SCTS are pleased to announce that we have secured funding to support AHP & Nurses to attend this conference. Funding can cover travel, accommodation & registration fees related to this event. If you would like to be considered for funding please complete the application form.
