The surgical unit opened in June 1999 and 4 surgeons perform approximately 700 major adult cardiac proceedures per year in two dedicated operating theatres.

Car: M23 to Brighton then 1 mile along Eastern Road. Train: to Brighton then taxis or No7 bus. No helipad yet!
