I have worked in ICU since 2005 at GSTT, London and NUH, Nottingham, both in General and Cardiac Intensive Care.
I've worked as an Advanced Respiratory/VV ECMO CNS at St Thomas', London and an ICU Manager in Nottingham, prior to training as an a ACP/ACCP in Cardiac Intensive Care Care.
During my time in London, I also spent time seconded to Critical Care clinical research and audit teams.
I qualified as an ACP in 2018. Between 2020 and 2023, I led a team of 15 qualified/trainee ACPs and ACCPs in CICU/CHDU and Cardiac Surgery Ward, in Nottingham City Hospital. Since September 2023, I have lead 120 ACPs across 8 specialties within Medicine Division at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, whilst continuing to work clinically in Cardiac ICU.
