Innovations in Critical Care Award

Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital team

Congratulations to the team in Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital, who recently won the Innovations in Critical Care Award at the recent Northern Ireland Healthcare Awards.

The team have tirelessly worked to reduce their post-operative stay in CSICU with their ‘RopeBridge’ initiative that focuses on early extubation and early mobilisation for patients.

The project has been running for 6 years, and it is wonderful that the hard work has been recognised.
