Robotic Surgery is a relatively new and developing avenue for thoracic surgery.

It's implementation has grown vastly in recent years and is now incorporated in many thoracicis centres nationwide.

It's implementation as a new programme at a centre is headed by thoracic consultants, however requires the input from junior doctors as assistants.

We have designed a survey to evaluate the effect and impact of a robotics programme on the training of junior doctors with the aim to see if improvements need to be made.
