'Lift as you climb' mentorship scheme is now in its second year and following feedback from our first year we are pleased to announce important changes which will allow mentees to self select mentors based on their individual needs.

We are looking for members who would like to participate to complete the below mentor or mentee forms and then we will offer a first face to face meet up at the annual meeting in Birmingham from the 19th March 2023.
