The Society is in the process of developing an SCTS Communications Sub-Committee, with the purpose of providing a leadership role in coordinating the overall strategy on how the Society communicates with its membership and the general public.

In view of this, the SCTS are seeking expressions of interest from Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Trainees, Trust appointed doctors and AHPs to become members of this Committee, which will be an excellent opportunity for continued professional development and for the individual to make a difference nationally. It is essential that anyone applying to become a member of the Sub-Committee has been a member of the SCTS for the last 2 years.

Interested members should submit a brief CV and a completed application form (link below together with job description) to Isabelle Ferner (isabelle@scts.org). The closing date for applications is the 30th June 2022.
