If you haven’t already done so, please register through the link below. We need all attendees to have been registered by Friday 15th October. This will help us plan for the day, including planning for the specialty-specific breakout sessions in the afternoon.
During these sessions, the corresponding speciality leads from each CRN region will come together along with the RCSEng SSL and other interested parties to review the current portfolio in their specialty, share learning and knowledge, plan upcoming activities and start to identify research gaps where further studies may be needed. This will be the first step in a new chapter of enhanced and properly national surgery specialty working and improved interaction between the NIHR and RCSEng research structures.

It will be great to be one of the first face-to-face events happening at the newly refurbished RCSEng offices, and to have such a strong line-up of speakers, including Lucy Chappell (who has taken over from Chris Whitty as Chief Scientific Adviser for the Department of Health and Social Care).
