Coronavirus Update: SCTS Conference Cancelled

Dear Colleague,

I am writing to inform you that due to the concerns over the outbreak of Covid-19 virus we have decided to cancel the annual SCTS meeting, the SCTS-Ionescu University and all SCTS-affiliated satellite meetings which have been scheduled to take place between 22nd and 24th March 2020 at ICC Wales, Newport, Wales. I understand the disruption this will cause but given that the meeting is a gathering of healthcare workers we feel that this is the right course of action in the face of the current uncertainties.

More details about the ramifications of the cancellation and our plans for future meetings will be provided over the next few days and weeks. Regarding your registration fees these are fully refundable but if you would prefer to allow the SCTS to hold them in our account the fees can be used for your registration at our next meeting. At this stage it is difficult for us to say when this will be but as soon as firm decisions have been made we will keep you informed.
