This course is aimed at Nationally Appointed Surgical Trainees at ST7 and Trust Appointed Doctors of equivalent level in the UK.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this course, you will need to be a member of SCTS.

• Patient deaths and the Coroner

• Duty of Candour and medical errors

• Medicolegal issues

• Informed consent

• Consultant interviews
