The Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain & Ireland is delighted to partner with The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh to deliver a masterclass focused on Mental Training and Mindfulness for Surgeons.
Surgical practice is a stressful environment which has an impact on the surgeon and the team. This webinar explores the value of Human Factors and Non-Technical Skills for Surgeons (NOTSS) in practice. The impact of surgical judgement and stress resilience in surgical practice will be discussed. The webinar will highlight the value of team working as well as improving the psychological safety within the team.
