A second impression of the excellent handbook Aortic Dissection: the Patient Guide, endorsed by SCTS, has been published by the national patient charity Aortic Dissection Awareness UK & Ireland.

Any clinician who treats Aortic Dissection patients can order a free stock of Patient Guides to be delivered to their unit, by completing the online order form here.

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks by the patient charity's distribution partner, Terumo Aortic.
 
Due to popular demand, the first impression of 3,000 copies went in 10 months, so the charity has printed 5,000 copies of the 2nd impression for 2023.
