CPOC and AoMRC Shared Decision Animation for Patients

We are delighted to announce that in collaboration with the AoMRC, CPOC has launched the patient facing animation ‘Peter’s Journey: An Example of Shared Decision Making’ today as part of our ongoing Shared Decision Making (SDM) Workstream.

This animation promotes involving patients in healthcare choices through shared decision making. Whilst the context is perioperative care, the process and lessons are applicable to the wider healthcare remit.

We hope you find the animation useful whether you are a healthcare professional supporting patients, or a patient yourself.
