- Pulmonary resection, including lobectomy, pneumonectomy
- Lung cancer
- Solitary pulmonary nodule
- Pulmonary metastases
- Mediastinal masses
- Pleural effusion
- Pneumothorax
- Mesothelioma
- Empyema / decortication
- Chemotherapy / radiotherapy
- Mediastinal staging including CT / MRI / PET / EBUS
- Lung function tests
