What is the role of FFR and iFR for patients having CABG

Survey

Survey of cardiologists, adult cardiac surgeons and heart team allied healthcare professionals of any grade.

Fractional flow reserve (FFR) and instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR) are invasive methods to measure the functional significance of coronary lesions. FFR remains the gold standard for assessing hemodynamically significant stenosis in revascularization, while iFR is a newer tool that does not require vasodilator administration.

Their utility for CABG is unclear. This convenience survey aims to gather professional opinions on how FFR and iFR influence clinical decision-making in CABG. This short survey consists of a series of questions aimed at evaluating your familiarity and use of FFR and iFR in CABG, as well as their perceived advantages and disadvantages.

The results of the survey will be fully anonymised and will not be compared to any clinical outcomes.

Estimated time to complete: 4 minutes.
