‘Think Aorta’ Campaign

Today the first patient led learning collaboration is launched within RCEM. 

‘Think Aorta’ Campaign has the key objective to improve patient outcomes and ultimately save lives by increasing identification and early diagnosis for Aortic Dissection within the setting of Emergency Medicine. 

This initiative leverages the podcast learning channel within RCEM where 5,000 ED Physicians are invited to join the online learning session. Poster’s and supporting campaign materials can be downloaded from www.thinkaorta.org   

The initiative has been created in collaboration with Aortic Dissection Awareness (UK & Ireland), RCEM and SCTS, with the hard copy poster campaign being funded by HRUK.
