DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe are excited to launch the first event for the SCTS INSINC Mentorship Program. This is open to all medical students and doctors of all levels interested in learning more about SCTS's work on widening participation and EDI strategy, SCTS student education and what INSINC does, and mentorship in cardiothoracic surgery - how to get involved, the need for mentorship, and the principles of mentoring from students' and mentors' perspectives.\n\n \n\nWe have a great line-up of speakers, including Mr Narain Moorjani (SCTS President, consultant cardiothoracic surgeon at Royal Papworth Hospital), Mr Jason Ali (SCTS Student Education Lead, consultant cardiothoracic surgeon at Royal Papworth Hospital) and Professor Mahmoud Loubani (consultant cardiothoracic surgeon at Castle Hill Hull University Hospital).
