Live animal operating (cardiac)
- Median sternotomy
- Internal mammary artery harvest
- Aortic / venous cannulation
- Cardioplegia cannulation
- Vent placement
- Proximal coronary anastomosis
- Distal coronary anastomosis
- Aortic valve replacement
- Sternal closure
- Emergency resternotomy
- Haemostasis and management of post-operative bleeding
Live animal operating (thoracic)
- Mediastinoscopy
- Thoracotomy
- VATS port insertion
- Wedge resection
- Pleurectomy
- Lobectomy
- Pneumonectomy
