DESCRIPTION:The next PQIP collaborative webinar is here! Join us for the exciting launch of the new fourth PQIP cohort report 2021-2023!\n\nOver 46,000 patients have been recruited! The three key themes running through the new report are: reducing complications and length of stay after surgery, simplifying enhanced recovery and promoting teamwork including with patients.\n\nFind out about the national improvement highs and lows, the current research coming out of the PQIP database, and our new top five priorities based on the PQIP data that we recommend your local PQIP teams focus your efforts!\n\nWe will also be joined by the incredible Professor Mary Dixon-Woods. Prof Dixon-Woods is the director of THIS institute and the Health Foundation Professor of Healthcare Improvement Studies in the Department of Public Health and Primary care at the University of Cambridge.\n\nProf Dixon-Wood’s research focuses on generating a high-quality evidence-base to support improvement in the organisation, quality, and safety of healthcare.
