Can I cancel my tickets?
Cancellation Policy: There will be a 25% admin charge if you wish to cancel your registration. You will be able to cancel your book until 4 weeks before the conference, meaning that after the 9th February you will not be able to cancel your booking.

I am speaking at the conference and want to check my presentation. Where do I go?
You will need to go to the Speaker Preview Room to check your presentation.
Will catering be provided?
Yes. We will providing catering throughout the conference. Sunday lunch bags will be provided at the lunchbox sessions. Monday and Tuesday there will be catering pick up points in the exhibition hall where you can grab a lunch bag. Also there will be a morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks.
Are there any social activities?
Yes, We are holding a very first SCTS charity run on Saturday 21st March. The run will be 5KM and will start at 4pm from the ICC venue foyer. The run is for all levels of fitness. It is free to join and SCTS will donate £10 to the Welsh Hearts Charity per runner. For Details please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday 22nd March in the main exhibition hall.
The exhibition will open with an extended welcome reception. We will be providing drinks, canapes and entertainment. The welcome reception will take place from 5pm – 8pm
The SCTS Annual Dinner will take place on Monday 23rd March at The Exchange Hotel Cardiff. The theme is the Great Gatsby! Price includes transport from venue, welcome drink reception, 3 course dinner, wine and entertainment. Tickets are for sale at £65.00 each and can be purchased when registering for the meeting

Please note you will need a ticket to access the dinner so please bring this with you.
Transport to the dinner will be leaving the ICC venue.

This year we have downsized our printed programme so we strongly suggest you download the app.
Will there be WIFI at the venue?
There will be free Wi-Fi throughout the whole of the meeting.
Is there a Prayer Room?
Yes. Please ask at the registration desk.
Do I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you will be emailed a link after the conference. You will need to take part in a short survey to receive your electronic certificate. The conference can earn delegates up to 18CPD points.
Is there a lead hotel?
Our lead hotel is the Celtic Manor Resort which has now sold out of rooms.
There are also hotel rooms at Coldra Court 5 mins away or in the nearby town Newport.
There is a shuttle bus service which leaves from the ICC Wales venue. The route will transport delegates door-to-door from Newport bus and rail stations to ICC Wales in just 25 minutes and will run initially as an hourly service from 6.25am-6.35pm

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is a car park with 700 underground parking spaces with direct access to the main atrium.
How will I receive my ticket for registration?
Your confirmation barcode will be emailed to you just before the conference. You will need to scan the barcode when you arrive at one of our printers to receive your badge.
