Where is the SCTS Annual Meeting 2021?
The SCTS Annual Meeting 2021 is 100% Virtual Online. You can access the virtual platform via our website.
When does registration open and close?
Registration opens on 1st December 2020 and will stay open until the day of the event
Can I get discounted registration rates as a Member of SCTS?
Yes, SCTS Member are entitled to discounted registration fees. When registering please enter the email address associated with your membership email address and the discounted fees will show.
What are the opening and closing times of the Meeting?
The main programme will run from 9am -5pm. With additional industry symposiums in the evening. There will also be plenty of breaks throughout the programme.
I registered for the SCTS Annual Meeting 2020, Can I get a refund?
The 2020 conference was cancelled due to COVID-19. We are offering full refunds for registration and dinner tickets. If you would like a refund please contact Tilly Mitchell tilly@scts.org. Due to the new pricing structure for 2021 we will not be carrying over 2020 registrations for for the 2021 conference.
How much does a registration cost?

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes you can cancel your registration. There will be a £5 admin charge if you wish to cancel your registration booking. Fees are non-refundable after 1st March 2021.

I am a Speaker. What do I do with my presentation?
You will need to pre-record and submit your presentation prior to the live meeting. For instructions please contact sctsadmin@scts.org.
Are there any social activities?
Saturday 8th May – SCTS Fun Run. The run is being organised by Heart Valve Voice. For more info. please contact Wil Woan wil@heartvalvevoice.com. It is £5 to participate and donations will go to Heart Valve Voice.
Sunday 9th May – Drinks reception and SCTS Big Quiz. Free to participate and Live on Zoom.
Is there an App?
There will be no App for the SCTS Virtual Meeting. However, the virtual platform will be compatible with Smart Phones and Tablets.
Do I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you will be emailed a link after the conference. You will need to take part in a short survey to receive your electronic certificate. The conference can earn delegates up to 18CPD points.
How do I login to the Conference?
When you have successfully registered online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your registration. You will receive another email just before the event with your login details. Please keep these details safe as you will need them to enter the virtual lobby.

My Hospital will be paying for my registration, what is the process?
If your hospital is paying for your registration please register online up to the payment page and contact Tilly Mitchell tilly@scts.org who will raise an invoice.
